Welcome to prepMED, a medical admission preparation app developed by EVERLEARN Ltd., based in Chattogram, Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the prepMED app and its services.

By installing, registering, or using prepMED, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app immediately and refrain from further use.

1. Eligibility

prepMED is intended for students who have completed HSC or equivalent and are preparing for MBBS/Dental admission exams in Bangladesh. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

2. Account Registration

To access all features:

You must create an account with accurate and current information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

EVERLEARN Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

prepMED provides:

Model Tests & Live Exams

Performance Analytics

Digital Library and Study Resources

Bookmarking and Archive Features

Some features may be free, while others are available through paid subscriptions or exam purchases.

4. Payments and Refunds

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store.

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

Refund Policy: As per Google Play’s refund terms, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or technical fault on our part.

In case of duplicate charges or service errors, contact us at prepmed.bd.24@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Misuse the app, hack, or reverse engineer any part of the system.

Share or sell your account.

Upload harmful or inappropriate content.
